Altair Earnings Report

Altair Nanotechnologies (Nasdaq: ALTI) reported earnings for quarter ended Sept. 30 2009 today. The result was a net loss of $3.3M or $0.03 per share on revenue of $1.7M and expenses of $5.9M. Compared with results during the same time last year, revenue remained basically constant $1.7M ‘09 vs $1.8M ‘08. However, Altair cut expenses by nearly half $5.9M ‘09 vs $11.1M ‘08.
